Survey data are available currently only on CD-ROM. To request a data CD, you must complete and return to us with your signature a Data Use Agreement (DUA). The DUA should be mailed to:

NLTCS Linked Data
The currently available linked files (Standard Analytic Files 1991-2004, MADRS 1984-1990, and Medicare Parts A and B Service Use 1982-1983) can only be obtained through the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). CMS has contracted with the Research Data Assistance Center (RESDAC) at the University of Minnesota to aid in the acquisition of CMS data.
